jacque morrison

Jacque comes from a strong advertising design background working through from the Manly Daily newspaper in Sydney, to an Art Director with Oligvy and Mather. She has embraced the changes in media production and digital art, at one stage Jacque was a teacher at KVB design school, Sydney.

In the early stages of the internet, many companies just reproduced their brochures. As web authoring became more technical designers became less involved in web sites making them too technical, lacking in design and making web sites not user friendly.

After 5 years as creative director of Webcoast most clients comment on the simple, clean, effective websites that we design. Most clients enjoy the design process. Some of our first clients are now updating their first sites, they can see the value of looking after a living document and making their investment work for them.

Our full advertising service has grown over the years as clients can keep the continuity of their website running through their whole business giving a seamless corporate image.



nicola flemingSince 2006 when WebCoast was created, Nicola’s role within WebCoast has been primarily the technical side. Nicola builds the website’s once they have been through the design process with Jacque, and incorporates latest design elements such as maps, flash, video and seo into the build. Nicola also does the maintenance for clients with static sites, arranges hosting and domain names, and responds to technical queries.

Nicola's previous fifteen years were based around software design and development. The projects were varied, encompassing large complex projects working with others, through to small specialized jobs which were completed in small teams or by herself. "As well as the design and development, I was also involved with support & maintenance of software, maintaining client relationships, and project management".

Nicola enjoys both the creative side of web design and the technical side of web development. Her easy going nature, and friendly practical advice has earned her a well respected position amongst her peers and clients.
