Note: as of 15/6/09 WebCoast is no longer absorbing the buyer's fee of 3% plus 50c, these charges will be incurred by you. However, we are continuing to pay the seller fee of 2.4% on all transactions.

Non-Payment....

WebCoast’s policy for non–payment within the 7 day terms of invoice, are to:
  • cease all work if in development phase
  • remove your website from the world wide web, and replace it with a holding page if post implementation phase

Invoices which are not paid will be passed on to a debt collection agency. The debt collection charges will be added to the invoice prior to forwarding to the debt collection agency, and these will be payable by the customer.

Need to send us large files?

WebCoast are a registered user of 'SendThisFile'. Please use this upload facility if you need to send us large files like PDFs, logos etc. We will be sent an email notification and can retrieve your files from the 'SendThisFile' server.
